If you still have the VIN, I can check to see if it's registered (at least in all the states that have public data laws).

A rare beast indeed! I wish I had pics of some cars that I used to have - wish I had them back!!

Nice car, ive said the same thing, over again, wishing i took more pics and especially had them back! I guess when we were young cars weren't the things on our mind, sounds kind of funny to, we were always fixing them up and doing things with them, now a days the younger crowds have cameras right in there phones, something we didn't have then..

Well by chance I found my old GTS383 alive & well after all these years, now it is a race car, still in Texas.

Here is my 68 GTS that I let go in the early 90's. one of the very few cars that I would like to have back. 340 4 speed buckets no console manual steering and manual disc brakes. Black with black interior and a red longitude stripe.

No regrets on this one. My brother bought it in 1971 and still has it today. Only power is the AM radio and 383 4speed

I cant explain the feeling you get jumping into a vehicle you had so much fun in while still in high school. We beat the snot of that little girl.

I would like to have the VIN checked on my old 69 Coronet that was traded away in 1988. I have the VIN, but how do you check?

Thanks. Not nearly the fastest car I've been in, but is the most fun. A warmed up 383 with a manual tranny is as good as it gets, IMO.

When I bought my '65 Coronet drag car, I knew I couldn't shift well enough for the 4 spd, put the 727 in right away. I'm just a baby I guess.
