Dashboard assembly in progress. does anyone know what type of mount is needed to mount the basboard bezel highlighted to the dash frame?
There are two small studs required. One in the location you show. And one on the other side of dash. The stud is Black in color and has a rectangular head to match the the rectangle in your pic. The other side takes a sheet metal nut to retain.

Where can I find the T shaped bolt? I need two, one for each side

If you can't find them used (which you can't) I'd probably get a file and a few machine screws and get filing.
