1968 GTX information

looking for fender tag, broadcast sheet, original 440 block or any information on a 1968 GTX, 4 spd, AA1 RS23L8G143300 from the Indianapolis area in the 70's-80's. Was owned by a well known transmission shop owner in Camby IN who installed a 426 Hemi- haven't been able to get much info from him.
Anyone else know anything???
