1968 GTX TRUNK RESTO??

Hey guys can you guys tell me what the trunks in 68 gtx's are suppose to look like?
I know they are painted body color but how glossy ? as much as exterior? also on inside of qtr. panels did the factory spray sound deadner and if so was the deadner on top of body color or was body color on top of deadner. just trying to be correct! thanks.

Paint was the same as the exterior, it was all painted at the same time. Sound deadner was first, then paint.

Original factory paint matches exterior in color and gloss.

Here you can see the sound deadening material was applied first and then painted.
