I am looking for a restorable '68 preferably roadrunner, GTX or Satelite to restore for my first project. My father that died had a '68 hemi RR. I just wanted to remember him through a restoration. I am located in North West Iowa. And no, I dont want a finished super bee! lol

How much work do you want to do and about how much are you looking to spend ?

Well, I am not wealthy, so as little as possible. I have never done this before, so..., I can weld, but dont have a welder, I can do some prep body work, but dont have the room or gun to paint it, someone else will have to do that. I would like to have a complete car, (or with some minor things missing,) I am going to be getting more time on my hands, so I will be able to totaly go through it. As I said before, this is my first one...

i think i would try my first resto on something a little less valuable. youre not gonna find a rr or gtx complete cheap

how about a 1969 gtx clone car? it is a roller. finish it the way you want too!! email me if interested and i can send pics. [email protected]

I think I know of a 68 B5 4 speed car. But I also think it's in the $7-8000 range and needs to be restored

If you want to come to FL I have a 68 RR that needs total resto, but is CHEAP. PM me for more info.

Your ad is old but you may still be in the market---I have a 69 gtx project that has a lot of work completed---can be viewed on craigslist eastern north Carolina-----

Just a heads up - if you can't do most of the work yourself it's going to close some coin. And parts for Mopars aren't cheap. I've been going through this myself for the last four years. I don't want to discourage you because it's a great and rewarding hobby - but it ain't cheap.
