REAL 1968 Plymouth Road Runner...Matching 383 cu in Engine/727 Torqueflite 3spd Automatic Transmission...Non-Décor Package/Radio Delete/Post Option...This version of the Road Runner is about as "Plain Jane" as they come. It was described to me that this version was the "lightest" of all Road Runners produced. The exterior color is Matador Red with Black interior...The seats/carpet/door panels are in perfect condition...The headliner is new but needs some detail attention...The dash does have some cracks in it...All of the gauges work (Fuel Sending Unit recently replaced)...Lights, turn signals, wipers, windshield washers all work. The A-Pillars were cracked, and will be replaced (They are backordered). The drivetrain was recently rebuilt (Engine/Transmission) before I purchased the car, and I do not know the specifics of the engine/transmission upgrades. The engine exterior looks factory except for an Edelbrock Carburetor. The ignition was converted to a "pointless" electronic version from Mancini. Stock exhaust manifolds connect to a new dual exhaust system with dynomax mufflers, and exiting through stainless steel oval exhaust tips. The rear differential has a 3.91 Sure Grip (Posi)...It does have a whine between 40-60mph and the speedo reads 15mph fast. For safety reasons, the front brakes were converted to BAER discs, with a new power brake booster...The rear drums were completely rebuilt...The front suspension was replaced/upgraded/aligned. The Magnum 500 wheels are in excellent condition as are the Mickey Thompson tires. The car was repainted, but I am not sure when, it shines great. The chrome bumpers are in excellent condition. Weather stripping could use some updating.

I do have an extra front grille and headlight bezels. I also have rear tail light bezels and some lenses.

This car is a driver...It's not a trailer queen, therefore it's not nuts/bolts perfect. I have been as accurate as possible, pointing out the good and bad. Please ask questions and I will do my best to answer any and all of them.
Asking $30,000
