1968 under dash Chrysler 8 track

Just got this 68 imperial parts car in with a under dash Chrysler thumb wheel 8 track.
I have never seen one before?
Were these ever offered on other 68 cars?

That 8track player is way cool. Of course, most any 8track player is cool.
I do not pretend to be any sort of expert, but I just went and checked some dealership brochures from that period, and it appears that the underdash player offered by the factory was dealer installed only, and it looks a bit different. But this would indeed look cool in any Mopar, OE or not.
