This is not my car, I seen it for sale on thee side of the road and though someone here would be interest.

Seller said it was recently removed from long term storage. 318 auto
Interior smells horrible with mice leavings , front seats are mid 90s Mustang buckets.

I stopped by this car again yesterday, the fender tag is missing. There a couple small holes in the inner fender wells. The rockers and quarters have had tin repairs held in with pop rivits and smoothed over with filler (looks like old work). The cross piece that holds the torision bar ends has ugly welded in repairs, the rear sub frame is in need of rot repair. I can't express how bad the inside of this car smells

petritl,

I know I asked for some more info, but after your description of the cancer, I don't want to waste your time. Appreciate what you have done so far!

I looked at that car 1 year ago He wanted 6K for it then I just shook my head and walked away. That car is full of mud and he would be lucky if he got 2K for it.

The hood and header panel are from a 67 or 68 or a mix between the 2, grilles look 67 ( pic too dark) . 69 Barracuda headed panel has a hump or nose in the middle The hood on a 69 Barracuda is actually the same hood as a 73-76 Dodge Dart. A 'Lil trivia for you all.

Lets be honest here. Car looks pretty good. From previous posts there is some obvious metal work. My issue is with the seller. WHY NOT CLEAN UP THE INTERIOR BEFORE YOU PUT IT FOR SALE!! The fact that it was mentioned, TWICE, how bad it smells?? grrr..gets me mad...

It has alot of wrong parts on it as many of you have noticed.I wouldn't give him more than $1000.00 for it.It is a real POS...

now your starting to get down to parting out prices there .. is it really that bad?

68383GTS is spot on if its the same car I looked at.It's aparts car at best, sorry facts are facts.

There's $1000 in the rear window glass and trim alone, so keep dreaming guys. Not to mention the hood inserts, grilles, header panel, trunk lid, tail panel trim. The 67-8-9's all had single-year specific parts, driving the rarity and value up. I'm not going to sit here from 1,000 miles away and talk up a rat **** filled rust bucket, but keep driving prices down into the basement like that and everything salvageable will be crushed into paperweights. These are beautiful cars when they're done. Ask me how I know...

I am 7 miles from the car.$1000 for the rear window and trim? Maybe $250.00-$350.00 for the trim and $100.00-$150.00 for the glass. It is a rusty bondo up piece of junk.Yes there are some good parts on the car, none of the metal except the nose and hood. But if you are going to buy it to restore it would need the correct hood, and nose. Also due to rust it would need both fenders.both doors, both rear quarters, trunk lid, trunk pan, trunk drops, probably both wheel tubs and a new floor pan.He wants more than I paid for my 67 Formula S 4 speed car.If I remember right the inner fender were not all that great.
