1969 Charger dash installation

I just install a new M&H dash harness and everything plug in one way except for wiring to flasher switch . I have the red wire plug in on bottom ? also need identified orange wire with 3 female connector? and was wondering what these holes are for on side of dash frame bolt clips. I have pen pointed at holes. Thank's for your help.

The three headed connector is for panel lighting. Probably should have orange wire from heater control and radio going to it.
