In 1969 225 slant sixes and 318s were blue, 383-4, 440-4 and 426 Hemi were Hemi orange. 383-2 was turquiose. 340s were either red or hemi orange. That's all my engine knowledge.

Why the F*** is it that you do that? I mean really? Fine, before I lose my cool with you. Thank you for the correction. I'm pretty sure that I am capable of doing that myself if you would be so kind as to point it out to me next time.

BTW you really should accept my PMs, maybe I can learn from you.

The answer to your second part lies in the first part.

Doug,
Just put him on your ignor list. The general consensus is that he is a smart *** punk kid. In a few years HIS parents are suddenly going to "become" a lot smarter too.

696pack Go stick it where the "sun don't shine". Oh BTW if you keep ruining peoples threads and attacking me on a personal level you'll have a worse rap than I (supposedly) have. You seem to be the one with the biggest problem with me out here. Most of the other members don't act towards me like this. It makes me wonder if you have anything better to do with your life. I really pitty the way you see me. Have you ever considered being a Chevy guy?

Dude back off you are really looking bad.

Well I don't want to. I swear to god that he is provoking me. I'm trying to be as calm as possible but I want you all to realize him and 69coronetrt have been at me like this since week 2.

This hobby needs young guns like you. YOU are the guys behind us old farts that will have to keep the Mopar torch lit or watch it die. YOU are important to this hobby and have a long but worthwhile journey ahead of you.

IF you truly want to learn and IF you want to have credibility on the boards, I suggest you dial it back a little. Be more willing to pay attention to what someone is trying to do FOR you instead of what you think they are trying to do TO you. Be more willing to share and give than worry about what's in it for you.

One is not able to learn until one is willing to learn.

If you want to learn from me, and others on these boards, as you stated you did in an earlier post, here's where to start. Go to this site. http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/library.shtml

READ as much as you can in the library this weekend. LEARN where to find the information you need. I'm going to take you as a man of your word and truly interested in learning more about Mopars for now and the future. I will send you a quiz via PM on Monday. It will be an open book test. Your grade will be posted here for all to see. Success or failure for all to see is up to you.

Will you pick up the gauntlet, young gun, and accept the challenge?

Here's your chance. The Board awaits your answer.

Good one Doug.

I normally would not have commented like I did but I have had some nasty PM exhanges with him.
He thinks You and I are picking on him, but he has not seen the PMs I have had from others regarding his posting in the past.

Your right, the hobby does need young blood to carry on, however at this point I don't believe it needs people with his outlook. Hopefully he will outgrow it.

Sweet ride!!! love them 68 and 69 coronets!!! Look, I don't want to throw stones...cuz i'm still a pretty young buck...but dude, 426HemiCharger, these guys are cool, and i've seen most of the posts these guys have put up in answer to you,and you take it too hard! they ain't wise asses (well most of 'em anyways :tongueflap:) but they def. are WISE!!! I've learned more trolling these pages day after day, than anywhere else!!! I don't want to piss you off, but these guys are here to help!!! that's the whole reason for the board!!!
