1969 Plymouth Road Runner, true RM23H9XXXXXXX 2 door hard top Road Runner, numbers matching 383hp 4-speed, bench seat, 8 3/4 rear 3.23 ratio, fender tag, broadcast sheet, road wheels, chrome tips, light package, rechromed original shifter handle, recored original radiator, nice chrome, mostly complete, some new and extra parts. Very solid structure. Low miles. Stored for over a decade. Colored and optioned like the 69 Motor Trend car of the year. Investment opportunity. Clear PA title, Needs restored. Tires/wheels pictured are not included but a set of radial tires on correct 14 inch road wheels will be included.
Floors and under the back seat area are very nice. The only rust is one small patch on the drivers side floor pan. The frame rails, inner front fenders, torsion bar crossmember and rockers are very solid. The trunk pan has some small holes and the extensions need replaced. The quarters could be repaired, but new ones would be the way to go. The original vin number matching engine has been removed to be rebuilt from sitting, and the short block is still together, and will be included with the sale. There is an extra 70 383HP engine in the car right now that did run and has been painted up, but it needs the plug wires, plugs, belts, hoses (are new & inc), carb, alternator, fan, upper pulley and coil installed to run. These parts are included, including the correct 4-speed carb, but it needs rebuilt. The correct exhaust manifolds are on the engine and the 69 intake is included. The engine in the car has a 70 intake. This is a 30,000 some odd mile car that has been sitting since 1979 and is very complete. I will also sell it without the extra engine and some of the new parts I have for less.
The left rocker has a dent below the door, and the driver's door was replaced with a nice used one. The hood is very straight, but has some rust holes on the underside, near the front, and the hood hinge mounting area is very solid. The trunk lid has some repairable rust along the back lip. Left fender is good. The right fender had some previous light front edge damage. Asking $14500 with both engines. Will consider partial trade. PM me.

Yes it sure is hard to find a good restore-able numbers matching 4-speed factory Mopar muscle car with a clear title, fender tag and broadcast sheet in a good color combination these days that has no frame rust and still has floors like this so don't miss your chance to buy it!

I know the history back to 1974 when my brother owned it but i don't know where it came from before then
