I have a 69 steering column for a console shift or a 4 speed car. The shaft inside came out of the one I purchased. So it has a manual steering shaft in it. This thing needs new bearings and just to be gone through. I replaced the signal cam but I think the springs in side need adjustment to make better contact. Like to get $200.00 for it plus shipping. Or make an offer. everything worked in the signal cam but then the left light wouldnt work. If you wiggle the arm it would work so i think its just the spring not making good contact.
