prefer a 4 speed car

Depends on what is missing, like original aircleaner, dana, ect. Then you have the issue of fender tag and build sheet, numbers on the radiator support and trunk lip matching vin...which needs to be an M code. My advice is to do your homework and become a member of the lift off hood forum....tons of information and a great bunch of guys. Good luck in your search.

Most of the A12's are 3 on a tree autos. 4spds are even higher.

I think you're looking for a rare car when it comes to an unrestored a12 bee. Not many of them laying around. Will keep eyes peeled for you. I have an a12 GTX. Restored and wouldn't sell for les than $45-50k. Hope you find what you're looking for cause those cars all deserve to be restored.
