I’m relocating my battery to the trunk. Do I have to remove starter to undo the 2 wires from it? I’m having a hell of a time trying to get tool around headers. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Cheers, Jeremy

I don't see any way around it. You definitely don't want to splice that cable

I have a 440 with headers and had to replace the positive cable last year. I could get to the nuts on the solenoid only after removing the starter bolts first.

I removed starter bolts and was able to rotate starter and undo nuts off solenoid. Thank you again for your input!!
