1970-1971 Scat Pack Bee decal restoration

I have a Scat Pack Bee decal in the original, part number3505101, left side quarter glass. It's new, but 40+ years old. The Bee is affixed to the backing paper and won't separate. Also, the Bee does not have too much stick left. You can place it against the window but not much stick. And it does not matter anyway since the backing paper wont come off.

Any way to use this nice old part number, or should I get a new reproduction?
