I am thinking about selling my new project car I kinda want a 71-74 charger instead (I know don't ask ) so I may trade for a nice rust free car plus cash I would like a rallye or superbee but I'll consider any ,I want 16,000 for my car it does run and drive it has a 68 383 with about 5000 miles on it (no receipts) it's a charger 500 it's missing it's fender tag , the car was converted to a four speed car was an org 383 up auto green green black top the good part about this car it's almost rust free the hood fenders doors roof floors rockers frame cowl trunk lid all sealing areas are rust free the center trunk pan has a patch put in and car needs 1/4's car also has a new fuel tank and exhaust under it ,I just ordered new upholstery and seat belts from year one I also got a few other parts I have been picking up here and there. O.e. tail lights in mint cond. Len s for the gauges in really nice shape , the car needs a full resto but is a very nice start , agen I will look at trades plus cash for 71-74 chargers only nothing else I would really like the charger to be a 4 speed car but I can convert it if need be I have a bunch of pics of this car in another post of mine I can post some up tonight in here. P.m. me if interested or email me [ no email allowed in ads [/email]

ive got a sweet 72 charger, built 440, 727 with a manual valve body slapstic, dana 60 rear end with 4:10s, no rust in this car, very straight solid body, factory color b5 blue, blue interior, bucket seats, lowered and looks pissed off ;) hidden headlights, steel power bulge hood, this car has some great highly desirable ...and expensive stuff, interested?

Sorry I can't stand those 1/4windows in those cars it's got a lot of good parts just the 1/4windows are killing it what's the deal on the Lee what kind of shape is it in I live down in fl. And Im red neck enough for it (I've had a 4x4 77 firebird formula)

Well I decided to keep it no one has enough cash or a car I want so I'll build it now I need to decide whether or not to build a Daytona clone or a resto mod charger decisions decisions, hmmm

the quarter windows grow on you lol, they did for me, and are better in person than in pics.... and a few others ive talked to about them who hated em in the past love em now lol....but sorry for the late reply, i didnt get notified from the site till just now. the general lee i have is a 70, its a 318 (very original besides the paint job) it does have some rust in the quarters, rear window area, but no rust in the floors or frame rails etc very nice under side of the car, interior was redone a little while ago still in great shape besides the driver door panel, its running and driving and is registered and insured, ive been driving it around as is and took it to some shows a couple days ago. theres been offers around the 15k range for it when it wasnt on the road10431239_4296609550716_4490076254009682047_o.jpggen26.jpggen27.jpggen35.jpggen46.jpggen47.jpggen48.jpggen49.jpggen50.jpggen54.jpggen55.jpggen56.jpggen57.jpggen60.jpggen61.jpggen62.jpggeneral2.jpggeneral11.jpggeneral16.jpg

another interior shot, the rust in the quarters are only the lower quarters, not the wheel well areas, btw the general lee paint job has been with the car for the last 15-20 years, the guy i got it from bought it from the original owner in the late 80s gen63.jpg

yeah its not bad, does have the typical cosmetic rust, but nothing horrible, underside and floors and all that are clean. it gets alot of attention as it is, i havent taken it out without getting compliments and pics taken, its alot of fun.
