Hello all, I have a question in regards to my 70 GTX. Is there any way to tell if the car came with a 26" rad or a 22" rad. My car came with no rad when I purchased it, and I want to be sure that I buy the correct fitting rad for it. It was a u-code 440 car. Was the front rad opening different on the two sizes?? See pic for what i have. Thanks!!

Yes, the core support has different size holes for the two radiators. If you have a fender tag on your car, it will have a "26" on it (at the top) if it came with a 26" radiator.

or you can just measure the hole lol

Hello, my car came with no fender tag, and no build sheet. Does anyone have the actual measurements for the two rads say from bolt hole to bolt hole, or the size of the opening in the front rad support?? I am flying home this weekend and will have an oppertunity to measure it. I have a chance to buy a 26" radiator, and want to make sure that it will fit. Thanks for the input runner!! The car is up in Canada right now, and I am in Texas!!

Well that makes measuring a little tough. But the hole for the "small" radiator is 22"
what part of Texas btw?
