As others have said, numbers and 4 speed a plus, green not so much. I think a realistic target is 60-65K.

It looks like it might be a reproduction tag but if it matches the broadcast sheet I would be fine with that.

This is the tag of the car I used to own. Bent on one corner where it was pulled back for factory paint. Also the punched mark on the upper right.
