1970 road Runner gauge Cluster problem

Just recently my 1970 Plymouth, Road Runner gauges drop all the way to the left when I put my headlights on in the car running
If I put the headlights on before I start the car, the gauge is pin all the way to the right
With no lights on everything works properly
Any feedback greatly appreciated

IMO could be a Bad voltage limiter the one behind the cluster or maybe a bad ground... I am sure others will chime in.

A sticky IVR could burn up your gauges. Just for safety I'd replace it with an electronic component.

You are losing the ground. Simple logic. When the lights are turned on the dash lights are coming on. The dash lights are taking the ground away from the limiter. Run a seperate ground to the cluster frame. To prove my theory remove the instrument fuse and see what happens when you turn the lights on.
