I had no idea that things could get that rusty in Texas. Was the car near a river?

No clue. It spent time in Texarkana as evidenced by the bumper sticker though.

Finally starting to work on it again. Motor is almost done, just sitting waiting for push rods in my office. Will get the front end slapped under it, then get the motor and trans stuffed in it.

Dash has been totally rewired and installed. Restored steering column installed. Seats and console installed. Been missing my torsion bars and drag link, but found them today. Going in tomorrow amd the car will finally be sitting on all 4's again. Possible engine install tomorrow too, been wanting the car off jack stands while the drive train is getting installed.

Bought a full front disc setup a while back, not sure I like the way the calipers mount. No bolts holding them in, just two metal tabs keeping the caliper from rising up off the rotor.

Decided I want this car done before I turn 30. Tired of it just sitting.
