1970 Roadrunner front alignment "specifications" to prevent "tracking"

Time to put the battery in the trunk! Move that weight back for better traction when you DUMP that clutch:steering::steering::steering::steering:
That's good karma that you mentioned that my brother! I am going to do that as part of one of the following "service events":
*Prep to install the 541 aluminum stroker. (A lot of prep, mostly traction aids, frame and suspension reinforcements, and drivetrain upgrades were done over the last couple of months.)
OR
*Having my trunk floor rust condition evaluated and either getting it replaced or repaired. I may go ahead and get the USCT leaf spring relocation kit and AMD wide rear wheel tubs installed. I have got to find a place that will widen a pair of the aluminum Rallye wheels I have and like so much, or a distant second consolation would be to get all new wheels, but I don't want to have to do that. I may find that the wheels I have now, with the right tire, the traction aids I've added along with the launch control and some practice will get enough grab to get the job done, but honestly I LOVE REALLY WIDE tires on a B-Body, so I may do it more for appearance. On the other hand, I am pretty happy with the look I have now with the 315/35/17 width, and I'm going to try the same Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials but in the 345/40/17 size. My only concern other than them fitting in the wheelwells is my 9" wide rear wheels are 1½" narrower then the minimum recommended on the tires I have although they look fine. The 345/40s call for a minimum 11½...
OR
*IF I ever get the power of the 541 under control, and have taken my car as fast as I can with the combo, or I want an "oh ****" button to grab back a fender or car length, or just for the fun of it, I have looked into the 6bbl Nitrous Express spray plates setup, I already have one of the spray plates, and THIS is where the fuel for the Nitrous would come from, and it goes in the original battery location:
I'd fill it with AVGAS, 110 ocatne Turbo Blue, or some other race gas.

With fuel pump with carbs is more than enough to feed the monster AND the nitrous keeping all the weight in the trunk. Fuel line gets split in the engine compartment or I split it in the front right wheel well, then each line goes to separate fuel regulators. One for the carbs and one for the nitrous. You can never have too much fuel pump.

Yes, but the added benefit of race or other high octane fuel to use specifically with the Nitrous...that may make the difference in not hurting parts!
