WTB 1970 Satellite, Roadrunner, GTX

Would like to locate a decent project. Nothing too crazy but something that drives/ starts at the minimum. Would prefer no post cars but might consider it. $10,000 max. I know not much.

I owned one back a few years ago before joining the military and was stupid enough to sell it to get married (still married). Now im looking to get back in the drivers seat! I cant let my friend have all the fun in his '70 GTO! Please help!

For you math nerds... Sat < Sport Sat < RR < GTX

I was born as SoCal318SS
Then I went through adolescence as SoCal383RR
But then I grew up, hence SoCal440GTX.

I've always had beef with the GTO. Everybody calls them the first musclecar... horseshit... the first GTO had a 326.. dodge was cramming Hemis between the fenders of its cars earlier than that..

hi I have a 1970 sport satalite for sale it was a 318 car now has 440 .It was purchased at mithell moters in san Antonio I hauled it wi. to retsore it .since then my shop burned and im selling projects .Car has rusty lower qtrs. and trunk ..Runs drives with some tlc thanks Bill

Still searching but all I find are old posts and $$$$ priced cars. Not to mention cars being bought out from under me Isn't there any 70 out there decent enough? Or are the good old days gone?

I have a 70 GTX automatic that I was about to list for sale. It needs quarters, trunk floor and front driver floor patch. It ran when I first got but it's been sitting for a while and will need to be gone though. It has a matching # 440 but I haven't check the trans. Let me know if your interested and want more info. $15k
