I read this, and thought WI, chemical dip...MCR ran thru my head. I went there and met John Balow back a few yrs ago on his invitation as he and I had an email exchange going on for years. Then, I looked at the post member ID, and MCRUSA is the member ID. Likely it's Muscle Car Restorations! Let me say welcome MCR, you guys do great work, and has inspired me in my crazy efforts to bring some serious life to a seriously dead GTX.

This Charger looks awesome, why so cheap, and why is it selling if I may ask?

I spoke with a gentleman (John-Real Nice Guy) at MCR this morning and they were up to $1500 for a best offer. With the condition of the car the way it is, that is still way under priced for such a fine example of a good solid project car.

well.. its a 71 Charger 500, original 383 car from LA plant. looks like it has SE badges on there, which i am not sure could be ordered with the 500 trim package or not, but if it could.. the car has a rarity standpoint there. The car is NOT a R/T but has the badging on there.

So, hope that clears things up, but oh well.. win some lose some.
