1971 charger rear seatbelt

Hey everybody I have a question on the installation and take out of the rear seat belts for a 1971 charger I have the whole interior out and I'm looking to do some kilmat first before I install my carpet and I have one seat belt that was installed in the rear end, on the passenger side back seat i have to install the other one. the question is how do you install the seatbelts Bolt because there's nothing behind that I can put a bolt on there's only the hole front and no place behind to put socket or anything for the bolt to be threaded into. Am I missing something here?

Hard to see in that pic but the threads are probably stripped out. There is threaded nut welded onto the back side.
