1971 Intake Manifold Date

Hey Guys. I have a 1971 440 intake manifold, part number 3512501, but no manufacturing date. Is there an explanation for this? All the intakes I have had in the past for 1971 have had manufacturing dates on them. Where the date should be on the manifold is a pentastar and a triangle but no date. Appreciate any input. Thanks

It's a 71 by the number you posted. There is usually a date code but may be not. You know Mopar.

Thats good! With no date, but a 71 part # it can be used on any 71 and nobody can say anything.

Hey thanks. ya mopar had its own way alright, was just wondering why most manifolds had dates but some, like this one, does not.

I will go on a limb and say that the guy on that shift to change the cast date mold was sick.
