1972 seat belt clip

Does anyone know if you can get a replacement plastic ring that goes on the stud of the lap belt? The plastic bushing is pictured below.

My shoulder belt is constantly coming off while "attached" and driving my 1972 Satellite Sebring Plus. I did not realize I might be missing the same plastic part in the photo which I imagine would improve the fit and performance.
