1973 Dodge Coronet factory speaker setup

Does anyone know what size dash speaker (or speakers) a 1973 Coronet equipped with factory AM radio would have come with? The car has a long, narrow speaker well on top of the dash -- about 19" x 4". Any info would be appreciated.

4 x 9 or 10 is correct. I made a dual speaker system for the dash my self. But you can get a dual one, they are all over.

Thanks. Eric from Ike's said he thought 4 x 10 or 4 x 8 -- looks to me like 10, but won't have time to dig under there to get a better look until next week.

Yep, that is the little bugger. Looks like it says right on it x10. 4x10. But be careful if you are going to replace it, it is oval . Some won't fit is the hole like this:
