1974 Charger: comparison of original and replacement trunk mat

I just bought a replace trunk mat, depite I am going to re-back the old original one with new rubber. The backing was crumbled and came of.
Although the replacement mat has a different color, the material and shape resembles the original one (fabrik, fish bone style) pretty good.

So, I rebacked the original trunk mat. It's going back into the trunk!
