I'm thinking about replacing my 318 with a 360. Are all of the parts interchangable?

Should be decent if it is a good build w/heads and forged parts.

Oil pans will not interchange and engine mounts are a little different but usable with some extra washers

I heard something about the mounts but was told you would have to change them, didn't know about the oil pan, thought they were the same.. not an argument here just a new thing learned with me is all!

No worries Ron, The 360 pan is different as the rear main cap is a different size... i dont know why ma did this but she did. lol

Torque convertors are different between 318 and 360. One externally balanced and one internally balanced. Gotta make sure you got the right one.

Oh yeah, left front motor mount brackets are different between the two engines. But it will bolt in with the correct bracket.
