1978 dodge magnum 360 manual transmission swap

I am currently working on restoring my 78 magnum and am considering swapping it to a manual transmission just looking for any advice on how to go about it

Not a lot different then the 73-74 road runner and chargers which had 4 speeds as a option. Brewers is a good resource. 5 speed would also be nice.

Yep, you should be able to make 71-74 parts work pretty easily.

A 4 speed Magnum would be super cool.

Just waiting for the crowd of onlookers to notice would be priceless.

Don't forget the ball pivot that needs to be welded to the frame rail.

On 71-74, there's a locating notch.

I wonder if it's still there on 75-79 rails.
