went to island last night. was hanging with 2 FBBO members and was working on the hemi. had to do a little tuning and had a bad fuel pressure diaphram causing fluctuating pressure.
got it fixed and went out and 1st decent pass car went 142+ mph at the 1000 foot mark i had to lift. my chassis cert. had expired.Still went 9.70 at 1000 foot mark. density altitude was 2989 feet.

i had to get my 588 indy motor sorted out 1st, then my hemi just got installed and went out with that.
it will be very soon as i want to get out to indy for the small tire race.
weather permitting of course.

Can't you get the chasis recertified? I don't know what is involved or the cost. Maybe you can explain it to us. Thanks
And by the way great car.

I started before you did lol. At one time, I had 12 cars but man, being married with 3 kids sure put a damper on things and sold off everything over the years except for one car...a 66 2dr post with a /6 lol. I guess I've gone through about 30 cars with most being Challengers and Cudas....with a few A and B bodies and even several Mustangs and Chevies. Well, maybe it's been 40 or so cars lol Now only if there were a few that I wish I still had!
