I've always owned a bodys. The last being a 67 Formula S Barracuda convertible.
I found a 426 wedge that i found out was a heavy duty truck/industrial block. No date or any kind of numbers cast in the side of the block. It has reinforcing ribs on the side. Just the pad near the distributor has B426 stamped on it. i built this engine to go in a 31 Plymouth coupe. i want to run full hood so i will go with a mopar small block. About the time I made this decision a 63 Savoy became available. New paint and interior. A natural for my 426. My biggest obstacle is recovering from back surgery.
I'll post progress as my recovery allows.
