2 Bee or not to 2 Bee...

Sounds like you've made a lot of progress, it shows to, looks very good!

Nice bee :) That trunk floor looks a lot like how my trunk floor looked when I got my Coronet. Can't wait to see how she turns out.

LeoD the 69 Super Bee A12 Clone is coming along nicely... I just read the whole tread to catch up, it's come a long way since the purchase, allot of work in a relatively short time period... I also like the orange color selection too, although I'm also a big fan of the Mopar greens too... good luck

Dash is almost complete for the Bee.

Also got the Bee back on all 4's. Getting close to getting it to the paint shop, the only part of this process i won't be doing myself.

Really looking nice, good work, my car is at about 90% done now after 7 years! i also just finhished up on my challenger. time and money never enough of either...

you have come a long way since I last looked at your thread

Well said i wasn't going to do the paint and body on my Bee, but i've been finishing up the body work on my wives Challenger and decided to do mine as well. Once this Challenger gets done i will get to devote more time towards the Bee. Kinda bouncing around projects at the moment, but here is where i'm at so far.

I may beat ya yet! j/k, good to see the progress and very cool you're building one for your wife.

Oh, so now its a race??? lol your lucky my wife wants hers done first!

I only wish my wife did! She liked driving the old four door until a buddy and I painted a skull & crossbones on the hood and peeled off the mess of a vinyl top...not sure what the problem was.

Goal is to have it at least fired up and moving under it's own power by the end of this year, really depends on funding and time with work being a bit crazy lately. One of these days I still need to come by, will give you a shout.

Leo you're Bee is coming along nicely. As much as I really don't like Orange on a B body Mopar (Dukes curse) Your bee will look great in Orange. Keep Up the good work and I'm watching this build intently cause us Bee cloners need to stick together, we'll be our own little hive LOL. I also know what you mean by not wanting to paint. I'll primer my car and do the body work, but the paint I'll leave to the pros. If you do decide to paint it yourself, more power to ya. You've done great work sofar I don't see why painting would be any different.

Your really looking like your getting to the finish line in good shape, the grill and the back bezel is looking real nice! Best of luck!!

Thanks guys! Luckily my cloning process has been pretty simple. It was hard to not put my Bee back to factory specs, but my dream car has always been a A12. I've had the factory hood, dana, four speed, six pack and air cleaner for quite some time off another A12, just had to find the right Bee. Trust me, it was hard choosing Orange, i was soooo set on Butterscotch, but the wife and family veto'd it. Bigblock, your project is turning out awesome! I love reading your updates, i check them daily. Kinda neat seeing people go through the same things you are.

Cole, ya you need to come up sometime, we got so many projects going on you'd think we were a shop or something. My fathers 69 Coronet is close to being done, my mothers 62 Polara 500 is finally done, my Cuda is getting a motor transplant right now, my wifes Challenger is getting closer and were about to drag the ole 69 Dart down and get to tearing in on it. Then... hopefully i will get to put some time in on my Bee.

In the middle of finishing up my wifes challenger, i did manage to sneak in and finish up my trunk floor on the Super Bee.
