2 different broadcast sheets for the same car?

Hmmm. Ok so for example I understand what you’re suggesting is a parts carrier order could have included some parts needed for my car, but the carrier could have their own relevant build sheet with their specific sequence number (maybe delivery date relevance for the line to know the necessary part was in stock before building my car)?

It’s a low optioned car with no highly unique options though.

Have you ever seen a 1968 road runner, 383, 3 speed, drum brakes, rubber floor, bench seat. These parts on the carrier mesh like a gear and need to end up together, especially for a setup like that. Knowing the people that work in these plants, strange things happen. Just in time changed a lot of how parts came together. As I've said before, I could write a book.
 
Given how broadcast sheets were administered and printed at the various plants, it's really not that unusual or concerning that a car has two different BS sequence numbers. What matters more is you have the sheets; not that the sequence numbers are different.
