Merry Christmas to you all. I made quite a bit of progress on the Coronet this year, and thought I'd pass along the report:
- yanked the 318, and replaced with a fresh 340 (Bart Anderson Motorsports)
- had the 904 rebuilt and added stall converter and shift kit (Mike's Transmissions)
- replaced the old steering box with a "modern feel" (Steer and Gear)
- rebuilt the entire front suspension and steering linkage
- new 2 1/2" exhaust (Gribbon's Garage)
- upgraded the front drums to discs (Dr. Diff)
- replaced the mc and all the brake lines
Next year (Lord willing)… paint, rewire and interior rebuild. Man, this is fun!!! Mo-Power to ya!
