2022 Colorado transmission not shifting right on 1-2 shift

Seems to only do it when cold....dealer 'adjusted' something and it worked ok for awhile. Another Colorado did the same thing. No one seems to know what's up with it. Upon take off (cold engine etc) and it goes to shift into 2nd, it acts like it goes into neutral and of course, I automatically let off (pun intended) the gas and it then goes into second. From then on, it's fine. Anyone know what's up with that?

2006 Jeep TJ had the same problem.
Turned out to be computer related.
Disconnected the battery to reset
but the problem would return
eventually.
Finally just left it alone. Drove it for
a couple years with the cold first
shift. No damage to the trans as
it was "babied" until the first shift
occured.
