Can a 1966 273 be converted to use a Hydraulic Cam? What would be needed to do this?

Absolutely. I did my '65 273 by using a 318 rocker arm and pushrod setup. Then changed to a hydraulic RV cam. No more rocker adjustments.

Cam, lifters and hydraulic length pushrods. And if any of yall removed the adjustable rockers, send them to me, I'll take um.

Glad to here that this can be done as there are a lot more cam choices to be had.

Since this can be done, I would still like to use the adjustable 273 arms.

Will any small block push rod work other than the 273?

Does anyone have a length or part number for the shorter push rods?

thanks for the help.......
