3 Speed Pedals and clutch linkage

from the pics i would say they are the same as it looks identical to my 4 speed one

Yep, all the same as far as I know. Another tip if you want to convert is you don't have to change the entire pedal bracket. All you need to do is pull the short auto tranny pedal pivot pin and add the clutch pedal side bracket and longer pin. There will be dimples in the firewall where the stud plate goes.

64 Fury Clutch Problems

Hi... I've got a 64 Fury 383 4 speed from the factory. I've got an aluminum bellhousing from a 1970 Roadrunner in place of the stock piece. When I tried to hook up my clutch adjusting rod, I found it to be short and at a downward angle too much. I have a new bellhousing for a 64 and the ballpivot mounting does not appear any different than the 513 aluminum unit. There is an extra threaded hole that would make the situation worse if I used it. I had this problem 13 years ago and I used a part from a SB set up until it weakened and bent almost dropping my torque or z bar. I have to get this thing on the road for August 17th! Help!

I would like to add that this car had a Lakewood BH on it when I bought it and the z bar was cocked. It is perfectly straight now and appears to be correct. My clutch fork sits all the way at the bottom of the BH opening. If it was positioned in the middle I believe it would be fine. The clutch worked fine before and if the fork wasn't positioned properly I don't think it would work at all. It has to pivot on a piece inside the BH. Thanks.
