360/727 engine/trans ?

hey all
its been awhile since i put anything in here but 1st i want to say happy new year 2 all
i have a ? but a engine an transmission 1st its a 360 motor which i know will work in my 73 charger but what i want to know is it has a 727 trans an from the ad it says its out of a 74 B300 which i think is a van an what i want to know is will they work in my 73 charger if so what do i need to do make it work i have a 904 trans now

I'm not positive but maybe driveshaft will be different. Length?? I think k frames can be different from small blocks to big blocks but not sure how that deals with transmission. Sorry could help more.. I'm sure more will chime in once they get up and some aspirin from all the bubbly last nite!

There is a driveshaft length difference between the 904 & the 727.
Swap the 727 onto the 904 engine and reuse the torque converter and flex plate.
Re sell the @04 with its converter and flexplate.

Not totally positive but the B300 should have a short tailshaft transmission with a 2 piece driveshaft. The Charger requires a long tailshaft transmission.

I'd reuse the 904. It'll be quicker. You'll need to change the slip yoke and shorten the drive shaft to use the 727. Might be able to shorten the van drive shaft.
