Pulled the tired 383/727 out of my '68 coronet last month. Trans was rebuilt. I built the motor after machine work. .030 over, stealth aluminum heads, eddy rpm manifold, eddy 800 avs, aluminum pump housing and pump. Comp cams 477/481....9.44:1 static compression, 7.75 dymamic .. Got the engine in last week, fired it up and broke in the cam today. Was fun but glad it's over !!

I really like the stealth stock look of the engine.

However, that washer bottle has got to go.
