Cut the tab off and you have the same thing !!

Here is a pic of my old 440 in my 63 Sport Fury with the Lokar setup that works great. I used the cable which was easy to install and then the bracket comes with the Lokar kit and it bolts to the rear carb stud so it works very easy. All I had to get was the Lokar cable and bracket kit. I bought it all from Mancini and talked to Wes at Mancini. Ron

Here is my bracket, it has the auto kick down linkage which can be removed.

My 65 coronet wagon was originally a 361 BB 2 bbl. 727 auto.
I changed it out to a 383 4BBL. with a 4 speed. This is the original bracket that was on it with the 361 auto. The only problem I had was my cable was a little short when I went to the 4 bbl. Hope this helps you out. Matt

Thanks Matt, I've not seen one quite like that. what is that U shaped thing for on the left? kick down rod or something?

Yes the U shaped place was were the original auto kick down rod came through. It just does not get used once you change to 4 speed.
Matt
