Well PTEG does not seem to work well with my printer, new nozzle and everything and the extrusion was on the flimsy side, similar to when I've had a clogged nozzle in the past. It was good enough to verify my design is almost perfect tho, so from here I can either outsource and get it in ABS, or use what I printed as a template and cut an ABS sheet. I want to maintain the plastic look of that era which is why I'm not messing with metal yet.
Its been a few years since I used Fusion, what pissed me off is its from the same company as Tinkercad yet some controls are completely reversed between the two, for example a keyboard shortcut would zoom in on one, same shortcut zooms out on the other.
PETG is famous for stringing when printing. Just have to dial in your settings and it should be minimal . If your machine can print PLA it can print PETG
