4 speed C body, this is odd..

Friend picked up this last week. I can read some of the tag but not sure about the rest.

Yes, strange engine code of 64. Canadian car by chance?

It would sure solve the mystery of the engine, if we could see a picture of the serial number.
As far as I know, you could not get a 1965 413 4 speed Monaco in the U.S. About 30 some years ago I passed on a 1965 413 Monaco 4 speed because I didn’t believe there were made. Guess what! Available in Canada. Canadian car.

(most of it was in bad condition tho,so you know.)

a 4 speed c body is like the holy grail for c body guys.

I thought Dodge and Plymouth had different dashes starting in 1965.
