4 speed inspection cover

Can any one ID this inspection cover?

It measures 15 5/8 inches wide.

Is this 10.5 or 11 inch bell housing and is it big or small block?

The pictured inspection cover is for a small block bell housing (10.5" flywheel). Fit includes housing numbers 2843887, 2892482, 3515734, 3743859, and 4202507.

The little tabs on front for attaching to the small block upper shield are quick identifiers.
