Man you guys are getting me nervous about the fluid I run in my 4-speeds, lol. I was always told to use standard 80-90 gear oil by the guys who have rebuilt my transmissions, which is GL-5. In my last one, I put in Red Line for the heck of it. I have never had a problem (knock on wood)with any of them, but am glad this discussion came up.
