not sure why, but my #7 spark plug wire keeps popping off when i drive the car. only one that does that. all new tubes.
 
#7 is the one that should have the flexible boot. You need to make sure it's seated well. It could be bending on you and not seating all the way. Remove it from the hole and check that a spark plug will snap in and seat and just go from there. Best of luck on this.
 
When I slide the cap and flexible boot away, it stays in place.
 
Maybe try a little bit of dielectric grease inside the boot? Also, make sure the cap leaves a little play with the boot/wire in the hole.
 
Push the wire into the boot so you have more wire down in the hole. The tube cover may pull on wire because wires to short in the hole.
