2406518 86cc 2.08 1.88 1964 Max Wedge Stage 3- 6 bolt valve cover and cast in rocker stands.

Value is based on over-all condition and can range from near nothing if they are cracked or damaged which can include a hacked porting job up to about $1400.00 if clean and complete. The market is soft due to the economy which you know and keep in mind that there are aluminum heads with the same port configuation available.

Lon - Hang on to them for a couple of years - until my daughter is out of college. Then I'll stop by and buy them from you - no shipping necessary! Welcome to the website, by the way.

I believe the FAST cars have to run the right year heads and there are a few Max Wedge cars running in the FAST class. Also some NHRA Stock racers may be interested in them. Ron

You can still get them thru Mopar Performance as reproductions & they aren't cheap either...

I've got one of those;same casting #,followed by the letter"M". Mine is one of the 219"/1.81" valve versions, though,so really not of any use except to a street/bracket racer running a cross-ram/Victor MW intake. Anybody need it?

A few years ago NHRA accepted the new castings as a replacement for the extinct original heads. This does not include the 219's though.

Yes, this is where the the high value for these heads are IF someone needs them and they are not cracked and never ported. However most of the guys that are running in stock class that does not allow porting are doing it anyway and then covering it up with glass beading.

The FAST class can run them ported and the new heads with the M is legal I believe.

Are you kidding me? A real set of Stage III heads? Drooling all over my keyboard! I'm stuck with the 2405616 heads on the '65 I've got. Maybe its time to go to the Max-Wedge motor!
