426 Street wedge - 383 Swap

I may have an opportunity to purchase a 1965 426 Street Wedge running for $1500. I am thinking about swapping out the 383 in my 1964 Polara with it. The engine comes complete minus flex plate and transmission. Would the flex plate from my 383 work or would I need to get things rebalanced?
