Can anyone confirm the size as. 1.0936-1.0940 ?

Is there a spec book for the tolerances / torque settings for the 426MW ?

The Factory Press Fit In Rod Piston Pins Diameter For The 400 And 440 Engines Are 1.0935" To 1.0937." I Would Say The 426W Is Probably The Same As All Lower End Specs For B Block Engines Are The Same. Your Not Far Out. I Was Using One Of The Mopar Performance Big Block Engines Books. Check With A Qualified Machine Shop To Be Sure!
