4327s vacuum ports ID help

Hello everyone, I’m getting a Carter 4327s afb cleaned up to use, and I notice this port off to the side,
Circled in blue, where does it go?

Also am I correct that the one on the front, circled in red, is ported vacuum?

Any information is appropriated!

Looks like the one in blue is timed and the one in red is ported

The blue one goes to the choke pull off, it is manifold vacuum.

red to vacuum advance, ported vacuum.
